Indoor lacrosse training with coaches at the youth, high school and collegiate level. Players will be broken up into groups based on age and experience. Our focus is developing fundamental skills and lacrosse concepts while preparing for the spring lacrosse season.

Both boys and girls participate at the same time.

FULL EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED:

• ​​​​​​​BOYS: Helmet, Shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves and protective cup.
• GIRLS: Goggles. Equipment is available to borrow. Players supply their own stick, mouth guard and cleats. We have sticks for purchase.
