PRACTICES:

Starting Week of March 17th.

• BOYS K-6 will practice on Mondays and Wednesdays*
• GIRLS K-6 will practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays*

*Weather permitting these practices will be held OUTDOOR. 

INDOOR PRACTICES:

Indoor practices will occur ONLY IF outdoor fields are not available due to scheduling or weather conflicts. These practices will be held on THURSDAY NIGHTS.

• GRADES K-4 : 60 minutes practice session
• GRADES 5-6 :  60 minutes practice sessions
• ALL TEAMS:
  • GRADES K-4 : 7-8 PM
  • GRADES 5-6: 8-9 PM
• INDOOR PRACTICE LOCATION:
  • The Athletic Campus - 3195 Brighton Henrietta Town Line Rd, Rochester, NY 14623

OUTDOOR PRACTICES:

Based on field conditions

Times may vary per team:

• KINDERGARTEN : 60-80 minutes practice sessions
• GRADES 1-2 : 60-90 minutes practice sessions
• GRADES 3-6 :  90-120 minutes practice sessions

Boys:

• Mondays, Wednesdays starting at 5:45 PM
• Saturdays (AM) - Coaches will communicate as needed

Girls:

• Tuesdays, Thursdays - starting at 5:45 PM
• Saturdays (AM) - Coaches will communicate as needed

OUTDOOR PRACTICE LOCATIONS:

• Manor School Fields
• Legacy Field Turf
• HS Turf

GAMES:

Our Game Schedule will begin end of March and games will be held on Saturdays and Sundays, times TBD. Teams may add additional games as they see opportunities.

• Potential Tournaments on Sundays TBD
• Additional Games in June TBD by team

• Arm guards
• Gloves

Not provided BUT REQUIRED:

• Mouth guard
• Appropriate footwear (preferably cleats)
• Lacrosse stick
• Protective Cup (BOYS)

You may use your own equipment. Lacrosse Stick Purchase Program is available to all players.

• GRADES 1-2 : $175 includes equipment
• GRADES 3-6 : $235 includes equipment

GIRLS:

• KINDERGARTEN: FREE
• GRADES 1-2 : $150
• GRADES 3-6 : $195

Uniform Orders includes Shooting Shirt, Practice Pinny, Uniform top and bottom

• NEW PLAYERS : We recommend to size up to keep your uniform for more than one year.
• RETURNING PLAYERS :  CHECK SIZE!! Please try on your uniform before registering in case you need to add a uniform to your registration. We will need your jersey # for registration, too.
